For the Organization of Employers of Macedonia (OEM), we crafted a modern, user-focused website that highlights their mission and activities.
Our work encompassed UI/UX design for seamless navigation, HTML/CSS/JS development for a responsive layout, and comprehensive web development to ensure functionality. The platform effectively supports OEM’s goal of representing employers across Macedonia.
Design
Discovery and Research: We began by collaborating closely with OEM to understand their objectives, audience, and role in representing employers. By analyzing their needs and gathering insights, we shaped a design strategy that reflects their values and supports their mission effectively.
UI/UX Design Iterations: We developed intuitive wireframes and prototypes, focusing on accessible navigation and organized content presentation. Each iteration aimed to enhance the user journey, ensuring the website communicates OEM’s initiatives and services clearly.
Development and Refinement: The final design features a responsive, modern interface built with HTML, CSS, and JS for seamless functionality. WordPress integration ensures easy management, while ongoing feedback from OEM guided refinements, culminating in a website that aligns with their vision and supports their advocacy efforts.
