For the We collaborated with the Organization of Employers of Macedonia (OEM) to develop an intuitive digital tool for risk assessment.
The platform focuses on preventing workplace violence and harassment. Combining responsive UI/UX design, custom HTML/CSS/JS development, and tailored web solutions, we delivered a practical resource that promotes safety and compliance in Macedonia’s workplaces.
Design
Discovery and Research: We partnered with OEM to deeply understand the complexities of workplace risk assessment. Through collaboration and analysis, we identified key user needs and challenges, enabling us to define a strategic approach. This foundation ensured the tool would address violence and harassment prevention effectively, reflecting OEM’s dedication to occupational safety and health.
UI/UX Design Iterations: Our iterative design process focused on creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Wireframes and prototypes were crafted to prioritize accessibility and simplicity. Each iteration incorporated feedback to refine usability, ensuring the platform provides employers and professionals with a seamless experience in assessing and mitigating workplace risks.
Development and Refinement: The platform was developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, delivering a responsive and functional solution. WordPress integration ensures easy management, while close collaboration with OEM guided refinements. The result is a practical and visually engaging tool that empowers employers to address workplace risks effectively and efficiently.
