Our mission is to bring the best out of it and turn it into a real value that can help businesses grow and develop successfully.<\/p>\n<p>Synapse Digital Agency develops unique web solutions such as websites, web shops, 3D architectural visualization services, rich media, and HTML products.<\/p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"job-desc\">\n<li>Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with project managers and web developers<\/li>\n<li>Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps<\/li>\n<li>Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets<\/li>\n<li>Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images<\/li>\n<li>Create original graphic designs\/websites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements and Skills<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"job-desc\">\n<li>Proven work experience as a UI\/UX Designer or similar role (2+ years)<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio of design projects<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc)<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD and Photoshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, a candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
