Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with project managers and web developers
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Create original graphic designs/websites

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (2+ years)
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD and Photoshop

Education & Experience

Four-year college or university program certificate; or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
